What is DuePings?

DuePings is a payment tracker and reminder app. Add your recurring bills, renewals, and subscriptions and get reminders in the lead-up — early enough to shop around for a better deal, not just on the day it's due.

Your home screen. At a glance you can see:

• •Your next upcoming payment with a quick “Mark paid” button.
• •Total payments tracked, number due within 30 days, and your estimated monthly cost.
• •A three-month timeline showing what’s coming up.
• •Charts for monthly outgoings and category breakdown.
• •Overdue payments highlighted in red.

Click “Add payment” from any page. For each payment you can set:

Name

e.g. “Car Insurance”, “Netflix”.

Category

Vehicle, Insurance, Subscription, Utility, Tax, Membership, Finance, or Other.

Frequency

Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or One-off.

Amount & due date

How much and when it’s due.

Reminder schedule

Pick when to be reminded: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month before.

Reminder method

Email or None. SMS and Email + SMS are coming with a paid plan.

Year navigation

Browse past and future years. Recurring payments are projected forward automatically.

Category filters

Quickly narrow down by category.

Sortable columns

Click any column header to sort.

Mark as paid

Records when you paid. For recurring payments the due date advances to the next period automatically. Click “Undo” to reverse.

Stop tracking

For recurring payments you no longer need. The payment is kept as a historical record but won’t appear in future years.

Expandable rows

Click any row to see notes, payment history, and status.

See all your payments laid out on a monthly calendar. Spot busy months at a glance and plan ahead. Navigate between months to see what’s coming up.

DuePings reminds you before payments are due — not on the day, when it’s too late to do anything about it. Pick preset intervals: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month before.

For yearly and quarterly payments, reminders include a nudge to compare prices before your renewal.

Email reminders are free. SMS reminders are coming with a paid plan. Configure your default schedule and method in Settings.

Configure your email, mobile number, default reminder schedule, and preferred reminder method. These defaults apply to new payments — you can override them per payment. You can also opt in to hear about new features and updates.

Toggle between light and dark mode using the sun/moon icon in the top navigation bar. Your preference is saved and respects your system setting by default.
